Abusive/Sexist player beware!

I ran into a player in ranked today that brought me here to this forum. I had already called top and picked my champ. To this guy, he didn't feel like my choice was good enough so he picked a champ and went in my lane. In champ select he told me I was retarded because I'm a girl, then proceeded to tell me "I hope you and everyone around you gets cancer" classic right? And then in game he kept taking my cs and when I died he told me "I hope you kill yourself IRL, don't bring any more retarded people into this world and I hope you get raped my ni**ers". At this point I mute him. Reporting him was just not enough and I want people to know that this happens a lot to female gamers and its downright ridiculous and sad. Beware of these players.

Much better. Anyways more to the point now. Yes this behavior is HEAVILY disliked by the community as a whole. Even I would mute and report such a player. I expect any kind of player like this to be banned in no time at all if this really is what they are like in many different matches. Trust me, this behavior will be taken care of.

I don't understand the purpose behind this thread. That "raising awareness" of toxicity thing is nonsense, so don't say that, it's patronizing at best. Everyone experiences this, all the time, in a variety of forms. No one needs a reminder that it exists, so I don't understand the angle behind this thread.

Everyone knows what toxicity is and what to do about it by now, or at least anyone browsing these forums. If everyone made a thread any time they experienced a toxic player, this board would be totally flooded, but nothing new would be said. So what's the idea here?

It's a shame how people treat female gamer's so lowly and solely based on the fact they are female. It's no longer a male only demographic in this community. I would like to see this community to be more open minded to other demographics IE: Lgbt groups females and minority groups. As for those hateful little trolls I would like riot to enforce a harsher system directed to salty and angry punks

Seriously, just report/mute and move on. The internet has literally always been like this, people on it attack others for literally any reason, true or not. I've literally heard the exact same shit for picking Heimerdinger, my main since Season 1.

There was no reason to make this thread except to attention whore. Stop it.

It is a shame people feel the need to do things like this. I have high hopes for the new ranked queue in terms of less things like this happening. I acutally watched a video on why people conisder video games a boy thing (It's Nintendo's fault if i remember right) and i wish that it didn't have such repurcussions in games today.

I was curious if this would be a serious discussion. Instead, Cali, you presume much against a whole category of users. Do you think this **NEVER **happens to male users, too? Or are you saying that the idea of horrible people only plagues "innocent" female gamers? What kind of data have you found to make these presumptuous claims?

Come on...the argument is lame, In fact, such a willingness to be a victim, combined with your inability to adjust to changing elements in a game is probably more evidence that your pride created the situation that led to the jackass saying nasty things (which definitely deserves a report, too).

So please don't use these forums as a political stunt. Report such a horrid player and try not to slander an entire sex just because you were attacked by one fool.

thats how the internet is if you dont like it stop playing , and gaming is meant to be for males so if you go in a male enviroment as a girl its obvious you will be treated like this
