i would like to repeal a ban but the support system isn't working how else do you contact Riot for account related issues? So this was the last set of logs prior to my ban and yeah I cannot say that it's not pretty toxic however I believe the full context of the games leading to this should be taken into account. Multiple games where teams are intentionally feeding based on me trying to tell them what they should do to recover and then I get banned. Do my teammates get banned for intentionally feeding? I wouldn't know I just know I don't believe this ban is justified and would like it repealed.

There is exactly one line in this game that isn't toxic, and, in context, it's almost certainly sarcasm. I put it in italics so it's easy to spot. The rest is entirely insults, which are not acceptable behavior.

I've done the same in game 2.

This is not a punishment that will be overturned. Riot expects you to behave in a respectful, sportsmanlike manner at all times, even if your teammates are not extending the same courtesy to you. These logs are anything but respectful and sportsmanlike, so the ban will remain.

By "isn't working", you mean they haven't responded to you yet, or they've responded but didn't help you?

Bans due to behavioral transgressions are never overturned unless there was an actual error on the part of Riot, so you may be shit out of luck depending on what you did.

I don't think we should take into account any context. Your ban is deserved. You're only going to get a message confirming your ban.

If it was a ban for toxicity, you can discuss it with other players here and if there's a decent chance of it being overturned it may get visibility on Riot's radar. If it was a ban for other issues (such as a chargeback or account security), then we can't help you here.

If you can't submit a ticket on the website, you can email your ticket content to [email protected] from the email associated with your League account and they will get it and reply to your email - you don't ever actually have to open the support website if you do it all through email.
