I got perma banned for no reason

I was playing a ranked game on my silver account, and I was teamed up with a twitch that absolutely just threw the game and flamed everyone else for his mistakes. during the game I was giving a little bit of constructive criticism, which in this game and the elo I am people don't take well. there were a few times where I could've refrained from using a "stfu" which I understand completely is on me, but seeing as though I was provoked into doing so doesn't seem all my fault. its not me wanting to fight, its being provoked by these people, I muted them and then I unmuted afterwards and they instantly went after me again. I know I wont get in banned but I just wanted to put it out here. The people flaming me didn't get banned or anything and I did for being flamed.

These chat logs are negative, for whatever the reason. Just because someone else started it doesn't mean you can get away with flaming or retaliation. While these logs ARE negative, they do not seem toxic enough to the point to receive an instant perma-ban. My guess is that you received warnings before for your behavior with the last one being a 14 day suspension with a warning that the next penalty would result in a perma-ban.

Again - just because someone else started it doesn't excuse your behavior. You are responsible for your own behavior regardless of the circumstances.

You have 12 games over 3 days after the Fiora game.... are there any other games in your chat logs when you log in to the account?

There's barely anything in these logs that I would call "constructive criticism". Most of what you say in both games is just negative jabs at players when they do stuff you don't like, and you keep on it for pretty much all game long in addition to calling for reports (which is harassment in this case). I can understand being frustrated but taking your anger and frustration out on your teammates solves nothing, especially if it's a troll as they delight in your misery. Next time just mute, report and move on and don't give the trolls the negative reaction that they're looking for.
