05/07/2017 today i log into my account and was rewarded with a key fragment for being honourable, immediately after accepting the reward i was issued with a 14 day ban for being toxic in one game, i had no prior offences and didnt get issue the chat ban within the escalating system that riot state should happen, how can i be rewarded for being honourable in multiple games and get banned for one toxic incident at the same time.
The system can skip tiers, particularly for hate speech. Without a chat log it's hard to tell what happened exactly in your case.
The system can easily skip tiers of punishment depending on if the offence was deemed higher. Usually things like Hate Speech, Racism, ect will skip tiers.
You earned the frag before the punishment processed.

I dont know how to get the chat logs back since ive close my client but it was basically me saying that our adc was focusing the wrong target in the fights and we should give up bot side , then she kept feeding so i afk this was in a normal game too.
Just here to share feelings. After my 14 day suspension and calming down after stressfully reaching level 30 and mastery 7 name. I played one game and it aquatically got me banned because I guess for some reason my being re initiated sent a report to riot for a chat log 2 weeks ago the same day I was suspended and they are perma banning me for it. Something I had already server my suspension for is being used against me.
