Some Games Are Just Unplayable, Punishing players for things out of their control

So I've just had a recent experience with a very dishonorable player. In which they decided to intentionally feed in game and so I lost the game plus 20 lp. So I began to think that maybe Riot could do something to just cancel out this behavior as to when someone feeds, trolls or afk's in game.

If Riot does truly reviews the games that are sent as reports of someone causing mischief then I believe that those reported should be punished but those that were innocent and just suffered should be compensated somehow. Perhaps with the amount of lp that they had lost or something of that nature. What are your thoughts?

The issue with systems like this where it's suggested people do not lose LP for their lost games is that it would cause rampant inflation of LP and it would enable easy abuse by malicious players. You're losing the game? Just troll/feed/afk/whatever to make sure your duo queue doesn't lose. This was a throwaway account anyway so it doesn't matter if you get punished.

The other thing to consider is that statistically speaking there are more enemies intentionally feeding/trolling/afking than there are players on your team. Thus, you already are compensated - you should theoretically gain a small amount of LP over time from enemies feeding/trolling/afking, and that would be more LP than you've lost due to the same.

every single person who lost a ranked game would submit a report in hope of gaining back their LP. That's about 5-ish reports per ranked game. There is not enough manpower in the world to process that many reports.

Now before you suggest "report weight", before anyone's report would lose "weight", there would be a gigantic mountain of backlog reports for someone to reviews....

These trolls/feeders/afkers/have so many accounts. I'm just wondering why they haven't gave it up.(I guess it's something neurological) With Bots floating around ARAM and SR, you could easily have 2-5 bad games of int feeding and not get punished.
