PermaBan, No reasoning?
So I randomly got permabanned last night, never received chat bans or 2 week bans. I also never received an email explaining what I did to get permabanned. Any way to figure out why I was banned?

You'll have to submit a Support Ticket to get answers, as it were. Inquire for the reason for your ban and they'll more than likely have an answer.
Three things I know right off the top of my head could be the reason, though;
- It could be a ban for account sharing - since account sharing basically puts your entire account at risk, it isn't tolerated, so if someone had recently played your account that wasn't you, the system may have picked up on it.
- It could be a ban for use of third-party programs - this goes without saying, though such cheaters (to my knowledge) are few and far between, and I can easily doubt you're among them.
- This is the most likely that I could think of - it could be a "Shield Ban", where they put your account on lockdown for the possibility that someone had broken into/stolen your account. Of course, the Shield Ban can be lifted by contacting Player Support to get your account back in safety.
I expect and hope it to be a shield ban, and, if it is, I hope you recover your account swiftly. Hope this info helped!

Or there could have been a chargeback (bad gift card, insufficient funds on a credit card, etc.) and they put a hold on your account until the funds are restored.
only insta perma are third party and account sharing i believe
accounts that people buy are usually BOTed to level them up. RIOT has systems to detect it, and they roll out ban waves periodically that capture BOTed accounts. may or may not apply to you..... but if you know, if hypothetically it did, you might not want to put RP on it or bother with trying for honor. Ban waves are like every 2-3 months.
