Report during champion select

Really its annoying, when your teammate is jerk in champ select. So i went in normal and said top few times and there is one guy who was spamming "jd" i mean wtf does that mean. And then i lock in GP and hes like im top and locks in graves with tp. Like wtf dude. And then i left the champ select and im the one serving punishent now. Innocent. I really hate this. It would work like this: I just report a dude in champ select and then a "robot" or a "machine" checks the chat and spots a troll. Checks who was first and so on.. Trust me it would be so usefull and for punishment for those people you add 30 minute wait before finding match.
