Banned for MMR boosting but i didnt do anything

Yesterday i got banned for MMR boosting. This year i barely played ranked games, look my match history - only arams. I am so confused because i didnt expect this at all, never gave my acc to anyone, not anyone knows my password or anything. Yesterday i played at my bf house with his IP, and some other times aswell, because we lived together abroad for 4 months and we shared 1 computer. Maybe thats why? Well but i got banned yesterday just after i played couple of aram games with his pc.

It takes more than a different IP to ban an account for MMR boosting. Its usually a timely process, so i wouldnt be surprise if this was something you did months ago/earlier this year. Its very difficult to talk about because we can only go by so much information. Riot has a better (non-public) information that they can determine. Things like changing your summoner spell keys, playing champions you never played before, or rarely played and doing too perfectly playing. Things that are off are the only things we as a community can go by. Its best to try and contact Support to see if they can give you more information!

lmao. playing champions you never played before? so if im trying new champ and get good score im getting boosted right? I didnt even climb in elo in fact i think i dropped. i got headache from this bullshit i think im gonna need some xanny.

If you have never played a champ like Taliyah since her release and in 1 month you get like 90% win rate on her in ranked, You're pretty much saying your getting boosted.

the fact you have to think about whether you dropped in elo or not means you are probably boosting. MOST people know their ranks and whether they lose or dropping elo.

You can try contacting Support and make a ticket requesting a second review. MMR Boosting is quite a serious accusation so Riot is very confident when ban someone for it.

Out of all the match histories I've seen from people getting banned for Boosting, yours seems the least suspicious. I can't really find odd winning streaks or ridiculous winratios/KDA's. Riot has more internal data than this, but you should open a ticket.
