Take it as a lesson learned, dont let anyone elseplay on your account but you, dont even give your pass or anything, even if he knows your in game id.

You're leaving out that some people live in the same house, or even room. While I agree that all responsibility ultimately falls on what happens directly through your account, whether by your or not, sometimes it can't be helped when somebody else simply walks over while you're on the toilet or microwaving dinner.

The lesson to be learned by him, I'd assume, would be to never give brother a chance on the account; set a password on the computer or log out completely when stepping away even for a moment. But I wouldn't just assume somebody else knew his password.

I mean heck, my roommate could go over to my computer, get on my facebook, and do whatever he wanted while I go to class and I'd never know until the damage is done. He has no idea what my password is. Sometimes jerks are just jerks.

It absolutely can be helped. That is what passwords are for.

Windows key+L when you leave your computer. Problem prevented.

Right, and I agree, and I do that as well.

However, given the context, if what he's saying is true and it is his brother in his own house, and if he trusts his brother, he may never even think that he needs a password on the computer.

There needs to be a catalyst to do something like that in your own home. Usually you don't just expect family to troll you that harshly. From this point on, however, I totally agree, if his brother tends to do those things, he now knows he needs a lock, and from this point on he can be blamed for it.

Sorry I was in a game and didn't have time to put more context to that story. What happened is my brother was adc and the guy I messaged was supporting him. Long story short my brother flamed him for the whole game calling him a retard etc, me, I only said one word during the whole game. So yeah the game ends and I go to the restroom, Im human.... And my brother literally came into my room, just to add the guy and flame him more. If riot can access the chat logs of that game, they won't be surprised... Please...It would be so dumb if the account in which I spent some of my money and time would be ban just like that because of my big brother..I don't know what to do. Also, some of the responses to my thread are very immature and frustrating.
