Will I be banned?

My friend and I were playing a ranked solo/duo game and we came across this guy that was streaming. We were being crushed and at the last 3 minutes of the game me and a random were just saying how rageblade rush on vayne while losing was a bad idea so the streamer (vayne) proceeded to call us bad and start blaming my friend for feeding when they have the same score. So I say that the vayne was just constantly over extended and that my friend was dying in team fights like a team player. The vayne starts flaming even more, my friend just says keep vaping, because he is really annoyed with him and he is vaping on stream, and I was just saying "shush vayne you rushed rageblade and constantly over extended shh", he starts to flame even more. We end up losing the game and then at the end he wrote our names down, and sent them to Riot LegendLarry and saying that we will get banned when he gets on, because (the streamer) is a "reliable source". Will my friend and I be banned for this?

Forgot to mention the only toxic thing my friend said was "you suck and are hardstuck"

He's probably just trying to sp00k you.

Unless you used hate speech or had previous punishments, the worse you could get is a chat ban. That is if the system picked you up.

Riot members have manually reviewed people before (when case is severe enough). But I dont think the Art Outsource Manager at Riot Games would be the one doing that.

One off game of toxicity wont get you banned, consistantly doing it will.

you said nothing toxic ur good. For a ban you'd prob have to be mega toxic or bring racism in.[slayer-pantheon-thumbs] You just corrected his playstyle (or at least attempted you) so don't be scared :P (Edit) Being a streamer doesn't make his reports worth more.

well you can send a ticket and it would actually be a problem for him too if he was raging in game since he would be banned as well

Depends on what you said in your chat. Your words alone doesn't really describe much for anyone to tell you if you will get a penalty or not. Unless you and your friend has a history of negativity and said the things you mention, then yes, you'll get a penalty if you get enough reports over the period of time you've been playing. Also, next time if someone says something about a Rioter or being a Rioter, screenshot it and send it to Riot Support.
