Question about a ban.

A friend of mine, Jye81, got perma-banned a while back, and we are wondering as to why he got banned. The last match he had played was with me and another friend, he wasnt being toxic in that game, so i know it wasnt that. I can pretty much guarantee that he dosnt use any cheat programs or scripting, and im about 99% sure he didnt let anyone else log into his account, as he dosnt have any reason to have anyone boost him or such as he honestly dosnt care if hes a low rank. Hes always told he will get a email saying the reason why he is perma-banned, but he hasnt received one as of yet, i can confirm this as he gave me access to his email to try and help him figure out why he was banned if it was to come. Any answer or explanation as to why the ban occurred would be much appreciated, instead of not knowing why it happened. (Had to repost it, got deleted the first time cause i wasnt sure where to put it.)

submit a ticket to the support team? they will always reply to it

If he wasn't banned for scripting or boosting, it most likely was for toxicity. It didn't necessarily have to be the last game he played he was toxic in, could have been a slightly delayed punishment from an early game.
