They are doing that already.
make lp gains and losses based on your score. So if you win, S get's 100%, D get's 50%, if you lose and get S you get 50% lp loss, and the D gets 100% loss. This is such a NO brainer for a positive reinforcement.
Its also a no-brainer why this would be an extremely bad idea:
If certain actions would lead to higher gain, people would FOCUS ENTIRELY ON THESE ACTIONS INSTEAD OF CARING ABOUT THE ACTUAL GAME.
In chess, its completely irrelevant how many pieces my opponent takes, because I can still checkmate someone with less pieces on the board.
So, if you implement a scoring system that is focusing on that aspect of the game, there is a good chance it will score people who take lots of pieces higher, than people who win the game. Subsequently, people will stop caring about winning the actual game of chess, and instead take as many pieces as possible.
if you are negative KDA for 2 games in a row, you cannot play ranked for 2 hours or 3 normal games, etc.
Another bad idea.
So what you are saying if I take a tank, and stay under turret, while building full defense all game long and never risking anything in any fight, despite being the tank, I am playing better than someone who tries to make clutch plays and actually give his team a chance to win?
