Botting in Twisted treeline

Recently in my twisted treeline games I've seen players who just go into the game to feed kills to the enemy. At first i thought it was the usual trolls/newbies in games so I wasn't too upset. However as I kept playing in this game mode I noticed these types of players appear more consistently. Usual behavior includes walking to lane at around 1min mark, not typing whatsoever at any moment for any reason and of course dying to enemy with little to no effort. I can only conclude that these players are using some kind of 3rd party program to gain exp/ip from games without having to play themselves? I'm no expert, but what I do know is it's upsetting to lose games because of this. Most people don't really care for this game mode, i know. It just sucks for the few players that do enjoy it like myself...or at least used to before these bots started appearing. My question is what can we do about this? Is there anything we can do honestly?
