Penalized For Lag
My game was lagging and I couldn't choose a champion, and it penalized me for "Leaving a game" even though I couldn't choose, now I'm out of a game for 15 freaking minutes!!!

What would you recommend?
How do you propose the system tell that your client bugged rather than didn't choose a champion by choice, without allowing people to abuse the system?
You're a liar. You weren't lagging, you were probably just ragequitting and now you're paying for it with a 15 minute timer. Your kind sicken me.
