Threat, False reporting

player is threatining people that he got 3 people banned already and he can do the same to other people. I played a game with him and we had a xin who was clearly trolling and vayne who was never around for team fights Only thing i said was xin is trolling and "vayne pls" Thats when he started saying i am being toxic and not being a team player, and he will get me banned just like the other 3 people he reported "probably falsely" and got them banned. Beware of this person.

you cant get banned for false reports

This is Name and Shame, and will get your post removed if you do not delete the summoner name in question
False reports don't do anything, he's bluffing. On top of that, the only way to know if someone you reported was banned is if your report was the final report that caused a ban (one of many, so a single false report wouldn't actually do anything) and you get the in client notification.

If you wish to get this player directly looked at you can submit a support ticket to Riot here:

http://support.riotgames.com/

They will investigate, and if appropriate, will deal with the player.

They can't tell you if/how they handle it because of privacy, but you can rest assured that they will look into it.
