Banned 14 days for "stfu"

I recently got suspended (FOR 14 DAYS) for being "overly toxic" and the proof was me saying "stfu" if that's not the most ridiculous reason why I got such a harsh punishment.. I was not flaming anyone I was not threatening lives making their game not enjoyable nor being toxic in that game period. I feel as tribunal is not taking correct actions and banning people for such small infractions such as the word "stfu"... The amount of kids who flame me on a daily basis for not (ganking their lane, having a bad game, etc..) and im talking horrible toxic kids who come at me and I report them and they do not get punished at all but I say "stfu" at the game start because i was getting pinged over and over again because i went to the bathroom before the game even started and came back when the creeps spawned is ridiculous i admit saying "stfu" wasn't the best way to tell people to chill out but I also think it is ridiculous how it got me a 14 day suspension. (I have a friend who was flaming riot in game and he only got a 14 day suspension and not perma banned or anything but a "stfu" got me such a harsh punishment"................. I find it ridiculous and things should be changed i know I'm not the only one who feels this way about this.
