The Players who feed and are AFK

I want to request that Players who are Away from Keyboard, and are just trolling make the game just worst and upsetting. I'm currently frustrated with players who intentionally feed, and players who DC. I know I sound like a moron, but I want to make my point to players who puts a lot of effort into a Rank game especially for players who wait 9 minutes, in the Que and end up not winning a game. It's truly unfair experience, and a waste of time player this game if players are just going to ruin the experience. Yes, I have reported, I'm not sure if I will ever get justice. I have remember the Tribunal, it will notify players have been reported, its quite satisfying to know that player's account is gone. Anyways, my whole point is that It's truly upsetting, and disappointing that a player waits 9 minutes of queing a specific lane, and end up loosing the game by a player who is not taken serious about rank matches.
