Int Feeding Question

Fat Sac Zac·8/24/2016, 4:31:42 PM·3 votes·1,795 views

I just started playing ranked for the first time ever.... but I have been playing very bad, also been using new heroes I never used before in ranked.. which isn't probably the smartest idea. But my question is , can I get banned for int feeding just for being bad at Ranked? Ive been coming into a lot of teammates that harass me after I die a few times and say I'm int feeding... then they start asking for other team for reports and try to get me banned. When I am not int feeding, just bad at the game.

Straight up, looking through your match history, you should probably be banned for intentionally feeding.

1/13/1 as Riven with 21 CS in a 21 minute game is pretty clearly griefing your team. 0/19/1 as Kayle? Participating in 1 of your teams 33 kills, while being 19 of your teams 55 deaths. Dealing less damage to enemy champions than Leona while clearly being involved in many, MANY more fights is a pretty clear sign that you're intentionally feeding/trolling.

This isn't you being bad. You know that.

If you're trying to not die and playing normally, you can't be banned. Teammates that harass you for being bad are irrelevant, their words mean jackshit. Just mute them. But saying you will feed is a huge no-no, because it can be taken for intentional.

  1. Why. In the world. Would you play ranked with a new champ? That's...not a smart move at all.
  2. You can't be banned for trying-and then dying. You can be banned for feeding. As long as you never said, "I'm feeding", or purposely did actions that showed you were clearly trying to die on purpose (running under an enemy tower, not doing anything while the enemy champ kills you, etc).
  3. If you're bad at ranked-then you should practice. Until you're good at ranked. If you feel like trying out a new champion-try it out in norms or bots. If you feel like it's a specific part of the game that you're suffering in (for me, that would be late-game), I would find guides and practice a lot in bots to get better. If you know that 'you have been playing bad', you should really think about how you can get better. That would be a whole lot better than still playing ranked with new champs and dying a lot.
  4. Think of others. When you lose a game-it's not just you that suffers. The people that play with you lose points-and they could have been demoted because of you.

My advice: No, you can't get banned for being bad. But you can practice to be 'less bad'.

you cant be banned for int feed if you are just playing bad. what you need to consider is not to play new champs in rank til you understand how to play them and the game. go to normals to learn new champs if you go into rank with a champ you dont know you might as well just ff @ 20 because chances are you are forcing your team to play a 4v5. you are setting your self up for failure. and ideally i would suggest dont play rank at all til you have 300 normal wins and 2 legit rune pages. dont have to be fancy with them these basic pages will work for all ad /ap champs.

AD: 9 flat ad reds/marks 9 flat armor yellows/seals 3 flat ad quints 9 flat magic resist blues AP: 9 flat magic pen reds/ 9 flat armor yellows/ 3 ap quints/ 9 flat mr blues with these two set ups your armor seals and mr blues only have to be bought once and can be used on both pages, then you just need the flat ad marks, flat ad quints flat magic pen marks and flat ap quints.

also dont play rank if you cant play at least 2 roles on a comfortable level. and say your main role is whatever you need to be able to play at least 2 champs on that role so you dont get banned or if you get a bad match up pick the better of the two champs. as your backup role similar situation. so lets say you are a "mid player" have your main mid laner and a back up and your secondary role be "support' and have 2 supports you can play ideally a poke/heal sustain support and a tanky cc engage support say something like Sona Leona or if your mid laner champ can be a secondary support like a Lux

i looked at your runes and masteries and you win rate in rank which is 27% in silver. your masteries for champs arent ideal and your runes you have arent great for the champs you are playing.

It sounds like you were feeding and trying to create an I'm innocent backstory here, no offense.

Its league of legends...with enough reports you will be banned/restricted. Don't believe me? play with friends and have them report you after every single game...you will eventually get punished.....even if you said nothing (yes, we have tried and tested this....took 17 games of saying nothing for a 10 game chat restrict after I asked my friends to report me after every single game).

No you can't be banned.

Just remind them that however terrible you are they have managed to end up in the exact same ELO bracket as you. :)

You're not intentionally feeding so I wouldn't worry about it.

Itankyou8/24/2016, 6:32:29 PM1 votes

As long as you don't say 'I'm feeding' there is no other way that an AUTOMATIC system can prove intention. As long as you don't do that you will never be banned even if it is truly 'intentional'. I can't measure what's in another person's brain. Only circumstantial evidence can be used, therefore, if you are passive aggressive all the time (and make it known to the chat) and reported for intentional feeding all the time, then it is likely you will be banned. Otherwise you are fine.

well if you have bad stat like 1-3/10-20/0-10 on most of your match you will end up getting punished because those are the stats of an intentional feeders if it happen less then 10% of your total match played no problem but if it's over 50% pray that the riot employee that review your case is very lenient.

try that stuff for normals first. imo they shouldn't let you select champs with low mastery level
