People not taking normals seriously at all
I've noticed that the mindset of "this is normals, nothing matters here, we don't have to try/follow the rules" is much too common. While it is true that ranked games matter most of all, I still believe it is unacceptable to write off normals completely and thereby waste the time of people who are actually trying to learn/improve something. I'm not really sure how to fix the problem but I have a couple of ideas: maybe a loading screen tip reminding people that the rules still apply in normals or that it's not an excuse to not try; perhaps a new report option in normals or changing the description on "negative attitude" to include "not taking it seriously" or something. I know a lot of people don't care about what happens in normals, especially after playing ranked, but it bothers me a great deal when someone griefs or feeds or doesn't even take their assigned role just because it isn't ranked. You can't just decide that you aren't going to try because you don't feel like it when you're playing a team game.
