my team "opened" at 3 minutes and I tried defending the base 1v5 = I got banned for int feeding

I've already contacted riot about this and they said I deserve to be banned for 14 days after a game I played where my whole team opened the game at 3-4 minutes. We were down like 3 kills or something. They all went afk in the fountain and I tried defending the base. Ended up dying like 11 times or something because it was 1v5 and my whole team reported me AND the whole enemy team reported me because I stalled the game by a few minutes. Now I'm banned for 14 days and riot says "their team" investigated the game and said I deserved the ban. Basically what happened was the enemy team invaded with a blitzcrank and nobody was guarding for the invade. I was trying to set up my seeds on zyra for a good leash and out of nowhere the enemy comes running at me and I die. Then i walk back to lane and my adc just runs away and the blitzcrank hooks me again and i die. Then I went to go help out my jungler cuz he was being invaded and he died and then I died because our top laner sat in lane while their top came and invaded. So 3 deaths in and my team calls "open". Is that really punishable for a first offense to be banned for 14 days?

No replays, no chat logs, no screen shot of what Riot said. You're posting an argument without any type of evidence to back up what you're saying.

The first offense for gameplay related offenses is indeed a 14 day ban. Riot takes that pretty seriously, but as with all things human related mistakes can be made. Definitely get that replay up somewhere and send it in as part of your support ticket just to be sure.

That said it takes a lot for a gameplay ban, and the number of reports is not taken into account. Can you link the game in your match history in the meantime?

I hope a Riot member looks into the match, it looks pretty obvious you were the only one trying to me. Unless Riot has decided that defending an open mid alone is a new offense, you look like you should be unbanned.

I can only say you're guilty of trying when your team wanted to quit. I guess you broke the team spirit?

For those who can't check the kill map on op.gg:

Zac died at 2mins, no other kill/death activity. Cait died at 2mins and 7mins, no other kill/death activity. GP died at 7/8/9/12mins (guess he played the 13-min game out). Nasus died at 4/7/8/11mins, got 2 kills at 11mins and 1 at 12mins (also kinda played the game out).

Start: No one guarded the jungle despite knowing red team had a Blitzcrank. Top (Nasus) and Jungle (Zac) leave the base late as well (Approx 00:37)

00:40 Team disrespecting the fog of war. Blitz and friends come through the red bush and Zyra flashes over the upper ledge to get away You dodge the first Blitz hook. Cool. Then you walk back towards your team the dangerous way. Stunned by approaching Anivia, whom you could see. Everyone begins backing away, you decide to walk up while knowing where Blitz was. Disrespected Blitz hook range. Got hooked and died to Red team ganging up on you.

01:40 Caitlyn heads to bot lane after healping Zac with red. Zyra heads straight to bot lane after respawning.

01:50 Enemy ADC (Xayah) and Blitzcrank arrive in lane. Once again disrespecting Blitz hook, goes close with only caster minions right next to Zyra. Zyra then moves right of the caster minions toward enemy laners. Xayah takes advantage and moves closer to begin auto attacking Zyra. Zyra walks not left towards her tower, but right towards the Xayah Blitz walks right up to Zyra and begins beating her down as well as igniting her. Zyra attempts to run away. Blitz Hooks Zyra from point blank range because Zyra had used flash earlier. Zyra dies. Caitlyn, who was auto attacking during the fight, is forced to back off.

02:17 Caitlyn was under tower watching Xayah free farm because 1v2 atm Blitz walks up to Caitlyn and she ran in a straight line. Caitlyn gets hooked and dies.

02:18 Zyra who came back up, begins heading to bot lane but stops short. Zyra begins heading to top lane to help Nasus against Riven (She was at 40% health) Zyra then moves to help Zac at blue due to Warwick showing up. Riven shows up at blue. Riven proceeds to pop Zac's passive. (Nasus still in lane) Zyra auto attacks Riven as Zac is killed by Riven and Warwick. Zyra gets greedy due to Riven being at 30-35% health and moves closer into the jungle. Warwick (Zyra had vision of him approaching) flashes over the ledge and fears Zyra. Riven stuns Zyra. Warwick and Riven then kill Zyra.

03:08 Blue Mid (Gangplank), who was laning against Anivia, walked back to base. Zyra walked to Mid lane. Zyra begins laning against Anivia Caitlyn is alone 1v2 down at bot lane requesting help. Later is pinging MIA on bot lane. Zac is afking in the fountain. Gangplank repeatedly using the backing animation at the fountain without buying anything.

04:04 Gangplank begins heading to bot lane. Blitzcrank shows up Mid lane. Zyra tries to run on the left side of the middle outer turret. Blitzcrank flash grabs Zyra as she is running with only a narrow/obvious path to run to. Zyra gets dived on by Warwick, who fears her as she spawns plants on Anivia. Zyra dies. Warwick dies to tower (Execution)

04:20 Gangplank continues walking towards Caitlyn at bot lane Nasus thinks he can fight a Riven and dies for it Blitz, Xayah, and Anivia are whacking the outer Mid turret on Blue side. Zyra begins heading back to Mid lane.

05:10 Zyra mastery flashing and tower (25%) vs Xayah and Blitzcrank. Anivia teleports on minion being attacked by tower. Zyra decides to stay close. Anivia uses wall to trap Zyra. Xayah autos Zyra and gains tower aggro. Blitzcrank, Xayah, and Anivia kill Zyra Enemies move away from tower scot free only to come back with a fresh wave to take first tower. Warwick is keeping Caitlyn and Gangplank busy bot lane. Nasus is farming top with the occasional scuffle with Riven. Zac is afk at fountain. Zyra begins walking back to Mid lane.

05:50 Zyra and Inner Mid Turret (50%) vs Blitzcrank, Xayah, and Anivia Anivia throws obvious Q at Zyra. Zyra is stunned. Anivia throws E at Zyra and tosses a wall behind Zyra. Blitzcrank grabs Zyra while Anivia has tower aggro. Xayah finishes off Zyra. Anivia flaps away from tower. Caitlyn and Gangplank are still at the Red Outer Bot Tower with Warwick guarding it. Nasus stuck under Top Outer Tower. Zac is afk at fountain.

06:04 Zac begins walking towards Blue side Krugs. Zyra begins walking back mid Blue side Mid Inner Tower is destroyed. Nasus still top. Cautlyn and Gangplank still Bot.

06:25 Zyra mastery flashing vs Blitzcrank, Xayah, and Anivia. Blitzcrank throws a hook at Zyra who is forward of the Mid Inhib Tower. Zyra flashes forward and spawns plants on Xayah and Anivia trying to kill them. Zyra dies. Nasus still top. GP and Cait still bot. Zac doing Krugs.

07:00 Warwick vs Gangplank and Caitlyn. Warwick charges at Caitlyn and fears GP back towards Red side Outer Bot Tower. Caitlyn autos WW as GP flashes back over WW and towards the bushes. GP runs as WW swipes at him. Caitlyn heals GP and GP uses hourglass. With one slap of WW's soft paws, GP dies right out of stasis. (WW at 6% HP, Cait at Full) Caitlyn lost sight of WW in the bush since GP died. WW ults Caitlyn and life steals back to 50% health while Cait went to 60% Cait tries to run back to her tower, but WW charges past her, chunking her to about 30%. At this point Zac jumps in, but WW fears him after the knock up and bites Cait to death. WW then engages Zac and GP teleports back in WW moves away. Zac misses his jump. WW fears GP back and flees the scene. Nasus is dead.

07:30 Zyra (100%) and Mid Inhib Tower (3-4%) vs Anivia (5%) and Blitzcrank (45%) Anivia tosses Q at Zyra running towards Anivia. Zyra is stunned. Blitzcrank destroyed the tower. Anivia throws E at Zyra. Anivia becomes an egg via Zyra plants (Pausing here made weird congo drum noises) Zyra attempts to crack the egg instead of the 35% Blitz punching her. Anivia comes back and Ults Zyra Blitzcrank kills Zyra with Q

08:08 Nasus and Mastery flashing Zyra vs Blitz and Xayah at Mid Inhib. Nasus throws E out. Zyra walks into another Blitz grab. Zyra dies to Xayah. Nasus is forced back and attempts to go back in after watching Blitz back to base. Nasus is killed by Xayah. GP heads towards bot lane. Zyra respawns. Blitz teles back to Blue base. Blue Mid Inhib is destroyed. Zac is afk at fountain again.

At this point I gave up trying to describe what was happening to my eyes :/

Basically Zyra BMing into easy deaths, I don't know what to say without sounding mean. No joke. Caitlyn getting trolled by her team. Gangplank passive Inting by still playing, but in the bot lane taking farm/exp from Cait. Zac afking

and honestly...

I felt bad for the Nasus.

He is stuck up at top watching the game fall apart and he doesn't have the stacks to bring it back lol

In terms of defending the actual base, I think Nasus tried and did a better job than Zyra.

It's clear that you were dying in defense of the base, with zero help from your teammates. That much of your story is true.

However, the bit I'm unsure of is the first few minutes of the game. You gave up first blood at 1:08, possibly due to an invade, but I can't tell without the replay. You then died twice more before three minutes, in such rapid succession that both of your deaths are depicted in the same bubble in the post-game statistics graph. You then die a fourth time before five minutes, and a fight and sixth time before six minutes, again in such rapid succession that the two deaths were in the same bubble.

From the information we have access to, it's a reasonable interpretation that you were intentionally feeding from the beginning of the game, prompting your teammates to open and report you. I can accept that you might have been cheesed a bunch early in the game to have had such a poor start, but I don't have the means to confirm that, and Riot apparently investigated and determined that you were inting.

But by all means, keep at your support ticket, and post a replay for us to watch. I'm just playing devil's advocate here.

Got the replay now. You tell me that for example at 6:30 that was not inting? Out of base straight to inhib turret, showing your batch to the 3 opponents there, flashing into them autoattacking 1vs3?

And before, right after start-fail, you seemed to refused to go on your lane. Going toplane 1 vs 2 in jungle dead. After this going straight midlane - the GP there helped Cait botlane then instead of you. You showed your batch midlane - dead. All this seems to be inting or if not it´s trolling your team.

You deserved the 14 days. For real.

Nasus was the only one to stay around much and try. Other than you.

Riot should fix your ban :/ Undeserved.

Edit: Zac also managed to place like 70 wards from sightstone. He could only do that if he was in fountain :/

Shining example of Riot's perfect pristine 100% working report system. You get people who scream obscenities, actually int (but only like 4 kills, enough to snowball an assassin but not enough to trigger the report system), and then tell you to kill yourself, your family, your dog, etc in the post-game lobby that get away scot-free because of 'inadequate evidence'.

Then you get people who legitimately just want to play the game but have a really bad game that get banned 'cos some salty sailor on their team cries '9x zyra' because you died to first blood and the enemy team are all the same kind of toxic that your own team is so it actually happens.

There's only one thing worse than having a team of toxic trolls, and it's having a team of toxic trolls on both sides of the map 'cos they always agree with each other and salt report anyone who tries to tell them that BMing every two steps isn't how a normal human being functions.

I.... have to agree dude. If it's 4 out of 5 people saying they want to surrender then majority wins. You were stalling because what did you hope to accomplish by defending the nexus? Were you trying to win? They weren't being toxic to you because they just wanted to quit, its a much MUCH better alternative to fighting a losing fight when everyone has given up or forcing people to still be in the game when they clearly don't want to. What makes this much worse is the fact that you were the one that actually died three times. You set yourself up to be a dick. I don't think you were trying to but none the less that's how you were behaving.

9 out of ten people were in agreement to just give them the win and end early but you chose to rule your own personal ego over the will of the people.

To clarify don't know your ban history so not saying anything on that buuuuuuut I'd consider what you were doing being toxic and not actually being bad or naive.

Edit: Gonna be blunt but your account looks bought/boosted as well. You have no rank prior season 8 and and you don't have a score i'd really associate with a diamond poke-mage support. It started out pretty decent but your scores fall off pretty fast.
