My account has been wrongfully perma-banned, Please Read

I will try to not make this too long or complicated.

I understand that my first offense on this account was a grave one in which i was a little intoxicated and went overboard and said things i shouldn't have that led to an instant 2 week suspension (1st punishment ever on this account, no warnings etc). But i understand that riot does not tolerate such behavior to the extent I went in my previous suspension and it was deserved.

Today i was playing a ranked game, and since champ select a player named "Report Yorick" was already giving off a bad vibe with an attitude and in which i did not respond anything. I said lets play, lets win. I was in my mental state to win and have fun. I was not tilted, nor did I say anything offensive or anything that is against the terms from riot. Please ready the following copied for the game I am referencing. This occurred 10 minutes ago....I tried to be as calm as possible and just tell the other team mates to mute the toxic player bc i know we could have won. His grieving was intolerable and just wasted a good opportunity for a fun game bc of his negativity and hate speech. He told me to go back to my country.....This is unacceptable. Read the logs. I did not do anything at all to instigate any argument and even tried to calm things down to help the team moral bc i like to be positive in ranked to win, anything happens. Please explain what I did wrong. I have done everything to keep things sportsmanship like, as I did not want this account ever to be banned again due to the amount of money and time i have spent on it. When i got that last warning for my first offense, I took it serious, and 80% of the time i minimize and hide the chat bar. I also have all chat disabled. Below is the only game in reference and I was hoping that the toxic player i discussed would get banned. Not me. I am not sure what I did, but other than try to calm the situation. The only thing i see that may not have been right was I said he was bad and blind. I was ganked and he wasnt aware, which is fine. But i stopped after that. I did not continue to harass him but he just started going off the entire game being negative and toxic and delivering hate speech telling me to go back to my country. Please have this issue resolved as soon as possible because I have a few days left to play, and I have put in at least $400 into this account, you can check the history. Not that any of that matters when it comes to rules and regulations i understand. But I truly did nothing against the code of conduct. Please read the logs and get back to me as soon as u can plz. Thank you for your time. Oh I forgot to mention, the toxic player did in fact get punished as i received the notification. 30 seconds later i received my notification for a permanent suspension? Please clarify as I do not want to lose an account I put so much time and effort into, for a reason that is not justifiable or against the code of conduct. LOGS ARE BELOW

Unfortunately, this isn't entirely true. Continuing to harass a player can take many forms, including spending the game telling everyone else how horrible they are, which you did consistently, as shown in the excerpt below. Saying it once or twice is usually fine, but this goes above and beyond that, which means it's into the realms of harassment and excessive negativity.

Additionally, calling him blind, bad, and hardstuck isn't behavior that's acceptable following a 14-day ban and the subsequent final warning.

You are welcome to send in a ticket, but I would not expect to have much luck with it.

You can submit a ticket to Riot Support to appeal your ban. That being said, with history of a 14 day ban, any further punishment equals a perma if enough time / good behavior hasn't elapsed. What you've done here might not look that bad, but filling chat with "Report this person, report that person", "You're gonna get banned", "So toxic", etc, can be considered harassment.

Unfortunately, since you already had a 14 day previously, it looks like this perma is warranted. That isn't me saying a permaban for this situation is -just-. I'm just letting you know, from the system's perspective as far as bans go, this wasn't a wrongful permaban. GL

You're already on thin ice when you get off a 14 day ban.

Reasons you were banned:

  • consistent call for reports. (Harrassment)

You kept trying to empathise him as the only bad guy and through reports asked your team to help you and team up on him.

  • shaming (harrassment)

You kept worsening the case by trashtalking him down. For all we know he could of got his shit together had you not typed against him.

  • threatening bans (multiple offenses)

Threatening people with them getting banned is wrong for a load of reasons.

  1. Its harrassment because you try to enforce your will by trying to abuse the game's punishment system to pressure obedience.

  2. For the same reason as 1 it is blackmail.

  3. It can count as impersonating because only riot has the power to put bans and even they dont do it themselves but an automated system does. You are not a rioter and thus have no right to flail around for others to be banned.

Where do I begin? Firstly, I hate people like you. Riot are not a perfect company and I will admit that in fact I honestly think they are pretty useless but they don't "wrongfully" ban someone. They always have their reasons and in this case your constant harrassment was enough. The best thing you can do after a 2 week ban is move your chat off the screen for a few weeks so you have no reason to be toxic back. Secondly, if your putting so much time and effort into a game you need to get a life and realise there is more important things than playing games and finally, your correct with thinking that the amount of money you have spent is irrelevant because it is. They don't care if you have spent $1000s, you broke the "rules" and that's a thing they don't forgive

I was just trying to keep my composure and not let the toxic kid affect me or the team. I would just say as a reminder close to the end of the game to remember to report him. I don't see what the issue is with that. Especially when he was being racist towards me and I still held my tongue for the most part. It just doesn't make sense.

Yeaaaahhhhhhh, threatening and teasing someone that they would get banned is being toxic in a form. Soooooooo, is there anything else you'd like show why you were "wrongfully" permabanned? Because I believe there's a deeper reason why..
