Hmm, correct me if I'm wrong but something tells me that this isn't the full chat log and that you're deliberately hiding something. If it's not too much trouble please post the entire Reform Card here, or at the very least provide a link to it so that we can see it for ourselves.

In your very first line, you accused someone of trolling. Even if they were trolling, that is considered "toxic" by Riots standards.

Hey, so I took a look at your chat logs. I found it odd that there is only one game of chat logs for a punishment. Usually, there are at most 3 games that explain the reason for your punishment. That being said, from what you've provided, I found these lines:

These lines are harassing, as you're calling out a specific player (Lucian) then belittling everyone in your match. If you disagree with anything I have said, you should send in a support ticket.

If you're as smurftastic as you say you are, shouldn't your champ pool be a bit bigger?

If they banned a champ you've highlighted, I've said about the same stuff.

But I don't speak nearly at all other than basic gameplay for the majority of games in a row after that, or I'm decent to people, even to the other team.

Even then when people are asses, sometimes I say nothing or just try to win and be positive. But did I call Jhin autistic after he banned my 650k xp main I hovered, specifically because he thinks banning Katarina top will increase his chances of winning with my 25% secondary role winrate? And so I play Ezreal top and go 3/3 by the time he's 1/10? Yes, I did. I realize I shouldn't have, but I still did. So I feel you man. Only sort of though. Telling people the stuff you did only promises a loss; if you're cool with the fact you insta-loss at 'smd' at matchscreen then yeah; flame on. But in reality you should have dodged. I also waited until we were completely DOOMED to get my jab in at jhin who ran his mouth the whole match. And to think I thought it couldn't have got worse; he just started purposefully feeding.

Flames are a suicide ping for your teammates. As a kat main, I know not to talk because I'm murdering people bickering with each other all day, I know the specific signature stillness that is flame-typing when they stop moving. It's easy to spot. It looks like total lack of care.
