Permanently Suspended For Doing Nothing Wrong

I have been permanently suspended from league of legends because someone reported me in suspicion of using 3rd party programs. I have never once in my entire life cheated in a game, let alone this one. I have been using my account to play for fun with friends and to take my mind off of the stress of school. I do not play competitively, nor do I really worry about my score and whatnot. I play to have fun. So why, out of nowhere am I being permanently banned for something I have not done?

I filled out a ticket and all I got in return was some formal jazz about how riot doesn't allow the use of script/hacks. I know literally nothing about computers, everything on my laptop is simple and easy to understand, because I am a technology-idiot. So how on earth would I be able to figure out how to download and run some hack for the game? When I told my friends about this, they were shocked. They know that I am the last person on earth who would cheat in a game. One of them even got angry enough to say they would fill out a form as well.

I do not understand how my account of two or so years, in which I have spent over 400$ on, is now taken from me merely because someone thought I was cheating? I have been practicing for the past two months on nothing but bot matches and blind pick on how to correctly farm and learning all the champions in league, trying to get better at the game. Now that I actually have done slightly better I am being banned for something I didn't even do? How is that morally correct? It really is frustrating.

I am not the type of person to confront others. I don't like drama or fighting because of the household I was raised in and my situations at home. This is the last thing that I expected to happen. I am utterly saddened and disgusted by this, and I really hope that somehow it is fixed. The innocent should not pay for another persons inability to play well!

I just don't know what to do...
