Leaver buster timer

Hello all,

Just to clarify the situation here, let me describe it from the beginning. I've recently had a couple of unexpected computer shutdowns in the middle of the game. I've figured out that my laptop shuts down randomly at 30% - 40% battery left with no warning at all. However, I got the leaver buster penalty of course for being AFK/ leaving the game and it stacked up to 20 min before I could realize where the problem was. I realize that this provides negative experience for other players so I'm not asking anybody to remove the penalty. I've read a couple of threads and posts on the community forum and searched a bit through the internet. The question that I've failed to find the answer for is .... If I don't leave any more games for some time and than my problem re-appears ... will this mean that I will get the ?30? min leaver buster penalty or is there a certain amount of games that "clears" / "resets" / "degrades" this timer. What I'm trying to say is that if I don't leave a game for a looong time or let's say for an example 30 games... and than leave one (not intentionaly) .... will I get a waiting time of ?30? min or is there any chance that the timer will decrease to ?5? minutes ?

My English is not really brilliant but I hope that you can understand what I'm trying to say here.
