As we all know the rotations for free champs this week and even owned champs..
Getting to my point... What report would I put it under for someone purposely trolling? I just had an URF game with a duo Blitz and Anivia and the anivia kept using her wall to stop players from channeling abilities and teleports. Is it reportable? Would I submit a support ticket?

Post game report as griefing and tell what anivia was doing.
I've had this happen to me before in PBE. Needless to say, I was not impressed as the Anivia decided to follow me around all game and do this, even matching my TPs. I don't remember why, but I think it's either because I got a double kill after she died while in egg form, or she died before I could get there and cleaned up. To be fair I really did try to save her but it wasn't enough. Needless to say, we didn't win. What's worse is I was stuck as an Olaf with no way to blink or dash through the walls. As Imperial Pandaa said, report them for griefing/giving up and detail it up.
Yes, griefing/assisting the enemy team.
