Hextech Crafting baned?

So 1 ranked game i trolled and got banned. I couldn't play league of legends for 2 weeks, but not big deal. After that me and my friends started playing and at the end of the game i got a message something like this "U cannot get hextech loot beacause of unsportsmanlike conduct" and i thought maybe that is another punishment for that ban. But im still not getting any loot and only getting that message. Does anyone know is this permament or how do i get rid off it. Thank you <3
