Is there no way to get my account back? Permanently banned cus I messed up being mega toxic T.T but still worth a shot asking :( Or atleast get my skins to a different account or something? Had a good amount of skins on it.

Most likely no.
Best you can do and hope for is using the support ticket function.
Chances are they won't unban or transfer skins.
The multiple steps that lead up to the permanent ban were, unfortunately, your only chances to save your purchased content. Once a permanent ban is levied on your account the account and contents are lost for good -- the ONLY time I have EVER seen this sort of ban reversed are in the extremely rare situation where the ban is applied in error or the escalation is too severe.
If you were indeed "mega toxic" then I'm afraid the account and all associated purchases are lost to the aether for all time. I know that can be rough to hear. :(
