Any possible way to earn Orange Essence??

So I was having a bad day and someone on my team managed to tilt me just the right way and I couldn't help it and flamed him (I got a 10ish game mute and my honour level was locked). I regret it, but it happened and I can't change that. Instead I have been focusing on being as positive as I can without being fake. So my problem is that I have a Dawnbringer Riven skin shard which costs 1520 oe to upgrade into permanent (I have 1002). I'm super excited to get it and I've been grinding out draft picks trying to get key fragments for chests but I since my honour level is locked I'm not unlocking any key fragments no matter how many honours I get after games. Is there anyway for me to get orange essence and/or unlock my honour level again? (I cant wait to get this skin :D) Thanks.
