Random old suspension hitting my account

I cant play and I've already made a support ticket 3 hours ago. Just trying to see if this gets traction so i can get help.

This isn't a random old suspension. You are just seeing the reform card from your last ban, due to a bug. Contact player support and they will give you more information about you ban if you're uncertain as to why you received it.
The Player Behavior members are very unlikely to see this, or respond even if it makes it to the top Hot thread. Try to be patient and wait for the ticket reply.
My guess is that the notification was an error and you've been permabanned. I've seen this before, where a player gets the notification for a 14 day but the ban doesn't lift after that, so when they ask Riot they are told it was a permaban and the message was mistaken.
Don't just assume that's the case, though. Take a break from League and enjoy something else in the meantime.
