Hi guys!
I just got permantly banned. I had a 2 weeks ban about 4 months ago and since then I really tried to reform and dropped a tier. That being said, I did surely mistakes in this preseason by get into trolls and react to them. Anyways, I am wondering right now why excatly I am not banned again for 2 weeks since the tier was dropped.. and right skipped that into permantly.

what were you banned for? if it is for toxicity, then chat logs please; as extreme toxicity can skip punishment tiers.
What makes you think you dropped a punishment tier?
That 3 months drop a tier thing is a lie, tbh. Its more along the lines of "whenever the fk we feel like dropping you down a tier". Kinda like when a teacher/parent/boss etc uses "when i feel like you have improved then......"
Don't forget riot rarely does manual reviews for reformation (if at all). Your mainly trying to appease algorithms in their "sophisticated" IFS.
What makes you think you dropped a tier?
Maybe you did, show us your chat logs and we will see if justice was served.
