Bans

Okay seeing as most players in league are bronze, silver and gold...but even when leveling accounts I find more often than not you get those players who will play drunk,high, or just be intentionally trolling and feed their laner and then come to other lanes and make intentional feeds turret diving and such. When you write in team or all chat to report for intentional feeding the other team is all high and mighty (because clearly winning for free) and call you a scumbag and toxic and mean to this guy (who is intentionally feeding and ruining any fun in the game) and then you get 4-5 reports from an enemy team whos all high up on their horse from the free win that youre clearly upset about and then you get a chat ban instead of the player causing the root of the issue being dealt with? How is this a proper system?
