Hello i dont know if anybody is reading this but i play on my mac. I really fell in love with this game a year ago and i really got into it. I told my friends to play it and i met some really great people on here. I dont cheat at this game. I doo have other games and stuff but this one is my main game that i play. My heart sank to my stomach when i saw that my account got permanently suspended. I spent more then $800 dollars on this game and i really dont want this to be the last of me playing this. I really hope someone reads this and messages me back about this im sorry if i done something wrong or anything. Please give me another chance i never been toxic or anything please help my account. THank you.

Sucks but the only way they remove a perma ban is if it was a mistake on riots part.

Your e-mail should tell you why you got banned.

If the e-mail is not clear enough submit a ticket to support. If you wish to discuss it in boards post your chat logs here. The only way to get your account is if riot was wrong for banning you. If it's a rightfull ban there is nothing you can do about it.

I just got banned for using a third party program. I have never cheated or let anyone else use my account, I'm literally crap at this game. All of my games are crap. And they still think I'm cheating for some reason.

You're likely screwed. After weeks of ticketing over a ban for nothing, I managed to get someone who was willing to confirm it wasn't even any of the programs I HAVE (or any of the false reports for hacking people randomly threw at me) that got me banned, which means the system can just flag you entirely incorrectly, and any rioter working on the case will just see it as indisputable proof.

On the other hand, when banned, just never stop re-opening tickets. You have literally nothing to lose, but you could get lucky, or at least get someone sympathetic enough to tell you more about the ban.

So I've been looking at the boards for a while now, and you're the 3rd guy who got banned for cheating when he didn't cheat. Someone posted an identical thread on the EUNE boards, and so did I. Seems like either some rioters just enjoy handing over bans, or they have a really fucked up cheat detection system.
