Hello i dont know if anybody is reading this but i play on my mac. I really fell in love with this game a year ago and i really got into it. I told my friends to play it and i met some really great people on here. I dont cheat at this game. I doo have other games and stuff but this one is my main game that i play. My heart sank to my stomach when i saw that my account got permanently suspended. I spent more then $800 dollars on this game and i really dont want this to be the last of me playing this. I really hope someone reads this and messages me back about this im sorry if i done something wrong or anything. Please give me another chance i never been toxic or anything please help my account. THank you.

Sucks but the only way they remove a perma ban is if it was a mistake on riots part.

Your e-mail should tell you why you got banned.

If the e-mail is not clear enough submit a ticket to support. If you wish to discuss it in boards post your chat logs here. The only way to get your account is if riot was wrong for banning you. If it's a rightfull ban there is nothing you can do about it.

I just got banned for using a third party program. I have never cheated or let anyone else use my account, I'm literally crap at this game. All of my games are crap. And they still think I'm cheating for some reason.

You're likely screwed. After weeks of ticketing over a ban for nothing, I managed to get someone who was willing to confirm it wasn't even any of the programs I HAVE (or any of the false reports for hacking people randomly threw at me) that got me banned, which means the system can just flag you entirely incorrectly, and any rioter working on the case will just see it as indisputable proof.

On the other hand, when banned, just never stop re-opening tickets. You have literally nothing to lose, but you could get lucky, or at least get someone sympathetic enough to tell you more about the ban.

So I've been looking at the boards for a while now, and you're the 3rd guy who got banned for cheating when he didn't cheat. Someone posted an identical thread on the EUNE boards, and so did I. Seems like either some rioters just enjoy handing over bans, or they have a really fucked up cheat detection system.

Most of the threads are probably lying, but I'd like to imagine at least a small percentage is collateral damage, no system is perfect, after all.

3rd party app bans are done in waves to help prevent the abusers from figuring out what is and is not being detected, which would allow them to more easily get away with it en masse. The reason you are seeing many of these threads at once is because thousands or tens of thousands of people are hit at once; more likely than being innocent, most will be lying, or someone else had used their account with the banned app(s).

While I agree with you, look at what happened with Good Guy Garry. And if I'm being completely honest, the only reason why he got unbanned is because he's a popular streamer.

I don't know who is Good Guy Garry or what happened to him, but I'd guess that the fact that he streams his game is solid proof to him playing clean (or using a 3rd party program) since it shows his gameplay.

Streaming games doesn't = proof. What I am saying is that he probably got priority over other player's tickets because he's a popular streamer.

My ticket was answered fairly quickly tbh so I don't think it has something to do with him being popular. The problem is the guy who checked my ticket just decided I did something I never did, claimed he actually did check while he did nothing at all, costing me 317.5 euros and around 1,500 hours of IP gaining because of 1 mistake. That is the streamer's advantage- because he represents the community, he gets a 2nd chance. I don't even get a 1st one and get punished for something I didn't do.

Most are probably lying, but there probably is a small percentage of collateral damage (people who play with scripters often, even if they don't know they script). Also, Riot can (and should) check the IP which was used when the 3rd party program was used and make sure it matches to the usual IP of the player (Should probably be done with a MAC address or however the address that identifies a computer instead of a net is called, if it's possible).

I don't know if there's a way to prove I didn't script to retrieve my account, since right now I just look like a liar and I am pissed as fuck because I didn't do shit and lost a 1.5 years old account with around 500 euros spent on it, and Riot Support just stopped answering after basically copy pasting the same answer 3 times, and completely ignoring my request for a way to prove my innocence, while trying to indirectly claim that I've shared my account. They also said that it's my fault if someone compromised my account and used a 3rd party program, which is really unfair if it really is the case, since they can easily check the IPs which will take like 5 seconds to do.
