Imagine you're a really good top laner, or mid laner, or ADC , support, jungle main. ETC.

Imagine your favorite game gives you the option to choose between what playstyle you want to enjoy.

Then imagine their stupid automated mechanics FORCE you to into a roll that YOU AREN'T EXPERIENCED IN.

THEN imagine you're BANNED FROM PLAYING THEIR GAME because you were FORCED into a position you CLEARLY DID NOT WANT TO PLAY.

GET RID OF AUTOFILL RIOT. IT'S RUINING YOUR ONLY GAME.

WE DON'T CARE ABOUT WAIT TIMES IF WE GET TO PLAY THE LANE WE ASKED TO PLAY IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

See, I find this extremely unlikely. All the rambling and caps-lock breaking aside, I have a feeling the following is more accurate:

THEN imagine you're BANNED FROM PLAYING THEIR GAME because you TROLLED AND INTED because you were FORCED into a position you CLEARLY DID NOT WANT TO PLAY.

Or, something along those lines - basically, you can't use autofill tilting you to excuse your bad behavior. If you got banned, it's because you decided you wanted to throw a fit instead of just play the role you were given and move on to play 3-5 more games without autofill.

I have played quite a few draft games, both normal and ranked, this season, and I have been autofilled once. It was to support, which is a role I'm competent at.

It is not a huge problem. In fact, I don't see it as a problem at all, I think it is an important system to make queue times acceptable.

EDIT: By the way, I generally queue top/mid, but I change it up if I'm in a premade.

Autofill should be fine for norms, because nothing is at stake, but should definitely be removed from ranked.

I think what is even worse is getting autofilled and having someone who is not competent in your role just play very poorly and make the game more difficult than it needs to be. This is why i think autofill should be disabled. It is very frustrating and I find myself getting autofilled every 5 games or so which seems far too often

I can't imagine that because I have never been filled in ranked. You shouldn't have listed support. Support mains don't know what autofill is.
