I had an account that got hacked, because i had some security leaks on my PC. Found out the account was on a different region, and when i reached to Riot, they said it was banned and it will remain banned. I got a 5 game chat restrict once.
For clarity sake, is it remaining suspended/banned until you can prove you are the original owner and it was in fa t compromised?
I am sorry you lost your account, but from Riot games point of view unbanning hacked accounts that are permabanned comes with a huge risk. Let's say I am a scripter. I pretend my account is hacked(change password and email) and start scripting on it. If I get banned I pretend that my account is hacked to get it back. Because your account was probably used to script it becomes impossible for them to check if you did it.
