The new instant feedback system is part of the Tribunal. No, the whole thing isn't back yet but part of it is.

The Tribunal is in session, just in a different way. The online Tribunal website area isn't active however there is the Instant Feedback, Leave Buster and other programs that Riot has set up in the mean time that still function on behalf of the Tribunal.

That is just the message that it set to play.

You weren't banned by the Tribunal. The Tribunal itself was an ineffective, inefficient and easily abused system. And yeah it's been in recess for years while they "reinvent it", and in the meantime we've been stuck with equally ineffective, inefficient and easily abused automated systems. Honestly, in my opinion, we should all just stop spending money and move on from anything with Riot's signature on it. I take breaks that span over months at a time, and I only come back to league when I get tired of Dota and Smite, aka when I literally have nothing better to do than play lol. The next iteration of the Tribunal has little promise, Riot's been working on it for almost 3 years and their replacement systems are doing next to nothing, while the resounding silence from Riot only promises that they have no idea what they are doing, or they've mostly abandoned ship. Which wouldn't surprise me consideirng that skins and champions are coming out at a slower rate than before.

Sorry, got on a tangient there. TL/DR you were judged by automated systems that don't actually judge or look at what happened, they simply say "player Y has received X number of reports. Automatically applying generalized penalty to player Y's account." and this system remains just shitty as sin.

i love threads like this.. people say "go ahead.. Reports dont mean shit.." then get banned and cant understand why... lol...
