Can I get some help I've been permanently suspended and I don't know what that means and really want to play my account. I already contacted a riot member but still haven't replied backed I need help please.
Perma ban means your account is gone forever. It basically means you will never be able to play on it again. Also its irreversible.
just post here and they will usually remove your ban
They send an email when they ban someone. What did the E-mail say? If you can't find the e-mail, what does it say when you try to log in?
If you can tell us till what year you were suspended to, that is actually a code of what you were suspended for.
Tell us what it is, we should be able to tell you what you were banned for.
