Actually that behavior right there is grounds for an immediate ban. You are extremely lucky to only get a chat restriction, but if you get Riot's attention for a manual review they might escalate the punishment. Hate speech and threats of violence are taken very seriously, and are not acceptable in any context. They may result in skipping punishment tiers straight to a 14 day or permanent ban.
This particular portion of the logs aside, you did a lot of harassing and insulting your teammates. Doing this creates a negative environment for the other players. If you disagree with another player's actions, don't make it worse; if you are unable to express your intentions without being negative, it's better to just not say anything at all. If they are being a problem in chat themselves you can just mute them, and report if you feel necessary.
Continued behavior like this may result in moving up punishment tiers, and it takes time and positive behavior showing you've reformed for your tier to drop down a step. Your behaviour was extremely childish, offensive, and downright wrong. You did not create a satirical parody of what toxic people say, you actually straight-up insulted someone who didn't do anything wrong to you, and probably doesn't even know you, and that is wrong.
