PermaBanned without two week period

Recently I was permabanned after a game which I will admit I was toxic. I checked the other two games in which they showed and they were way less toxic and were the same amount as the rest of the playerbase(average salt). I found out after one game that I would consider toxicity, because I was having a bad day and thought league would cure me of my salt, I found that I was permabanned. I have never had a two week ban for toxicity and have only had 1 10 game chat ban. I was just wondering if Riot could enlighten me about why I never received a two week ban and instantly got permaed. I was just wondering if I could get my "sentence" lowered to 2 week ban instead of permanently.
