I was playing a ranked game and we were winning but everytime I went to kill someone as zed kayle and name would save them then once as a joke I said kys nami and kayle and then after the game received a immediate 14 day ban without a previous warning or 24 hour ban.
Saying "kys" is never a joke. Aside from the fact a "24 hour ban" is not a punishment used by Riot in most circumstances, you were escalated to a 14 day ban as it should not need a warning that telling someone to commit suicide is inappropriate.
Take it up with player support. Nothing can be done here on the boards.
FYI though, typing "KYS" is an auto 14-day ban. Riot takes self-harm seriously (as they should). It doesn't sound like the context above warrants them lifting the ban though. Typing "kys" is NOT a joke.
They don't give you any in client warnings anymore. Rather, the penalty itself is supposed to be the warning. "kys" is one the "zero tolerance" words/phrases, so its actually normal to get a two week ban from it.
You don't deserve a warning. But you certainly did deserve the ban. Nothing about what you said can be taken as a "joke". Now you'll learn that words do have consequences.
14-day ban IS the warning.
Be glad it wasn't a permaban.
