Hate to say it, but it doesn't matter if you're five years into the ban or ten years or more; it's a permanent suspension, and it's intended to stay in place no matter how long you wait.

Unfortunately, it's too late for that. You had ample opportunities to reform five years ago. If you didn't take those opportunities, that's on you.

Just because you had your account for 5 years doesn’t mean you can get your account back. Also, please don’t say that you spent lots of money on your account, because that won’t help your case either.

Anyways, what did you do to get permanently banned? If you ran it down then your fault, oh well. But if you were toxic, send chat logs and we can see where you went wrong.

The only thing you can do is email Riot, I've had my account since 2014, it'd suck so much if mine was banned..pretty much why I stay quiet in matches so I don't get reported xD i wish ya luck ^_^

Sorry but once it's gone, as permanent means forever; unless placed in error which generally that happens very little. Only Riot Support can do anything about it now https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us no one here on the forums can truly help with that.
