Banning system give people a first warning/chance

Why is there no way to track the reports we get? I feel like if riot gave people a first chance like giving them a first warning before banning them, it would give them a chance to actually reform BEFORE they start being realy toxic, Or at least give us a report tracking system so we know that we did something bad before getting banned or chat restricted. I'm not arguing about sanctions, they are necessary for a free game with so many children playing it but i think we deserve at least a first warning, they could make it sothe first 10 chat restriction doesnt make you lose your honor, or maybe bring them to honor 1 checkpoint 2/3 if its ''mild toxicity''. Feel like people would try to be nicer then because they'd know they screwed up...

the punishments are the warnings

There are plenty of warnings.

First Offense: 10 Game Chat Restriction
Second Offense: 25 Game Chat Restriction
Third Offense: Two Week Suspension
Fourth Offense: Permanent Suspension

If you're escalating in bans then you've been INCREDIBLY toxic in games.

Okay, so warnings did use to be a thing. This was pre IFS though. I got a warning "You have recently been reported a lot"(whatever it said) and understood that it was just a warning. However, more people didn't understand that and thought they had been given a punishment. Thus flooding the support system in confusion.

Your issue seems to be post Honor implemented. If the Honor system wasn't there, would you still be complaining about it?

The only real change I would like see in the system is maybe a second 14 day. How to implement it would be for discussion but I want it there for people who escalated with ZT and then do something minor. That way they can learn that minor isn't good either (skip over the 2nd if ZT again).

This is called the 10-game Chat Restriction, 25-game Chat Restriction, and the 14-day ban.

Wouldn't the normal route of dropping them to Honor 1 achieve the same effect? Letting them know that they screwed up?

Ok let me ask this, what's so wrong about giving people a first warning? if they keep going they'll end up being banned anyways.. im not asking to remove the bans or even change the ban system, im simply asking for a first warning what's so bad about that? please explain. im ready to change my mind.

I see people telling me No, but no one actually try to understand. feel like people on this forum acts in realy bad faith towards people who try to ''improve'' the ban system because they take it like we simply want to get away with being toxic, wich is TOTALLY NOT WHAT IM SAYING, im just saying that there should be sanction between 14 days and permabans, and there could be a warning to help people stop being toxic.. how is that bad? please, make me change my mind.

Im simply saying there should be more options to sanction people, now its 10 games chat restricted wich automatically brings you to honor 1, why is there no in between? same for people who gets 14 days, in dota there is one month on year bans, why is there nothing in between getting banned 14 days and permbanned? i feel like a year is enough for some people, feels like no matter WHAT you say, you will be punished at the same level as someone who might say REALY toxic stuff...
