If I was banned for 2 weeks on aug 12th will I receive end-of-season rewards?

I read somewhere that if you were banned 3 months or more prior to the end of the season, you would receive rewards for a 2-week ban. With the season ending around November, would I receive rewards since its the 3 month mark?
