I felt like they are xenophobic. They will hate me if I use english in chat. Someone just said ''I just hate you ~" in chat and I got perm banned from talking back to him. Why is it so unfair ?

Xenophobic people are everywhere.

NA, OCE, and whatnot have their anti-foreign players rant every few weeks, and automatically assume non-local players or simply those who chose to type in non-English, their very presence itself may as well already constitutes a reportable offence let alone anything they do.

And I guess JP and co does that too.

From what I've heard, JP server was kinda ruined by foreigners who jumped on so they could dominate the ladder, repeatedly making a terrible experience for the people the JP server was made for.

Plus it could be you crossed some cultural line in your reply. I know when the IFS system was first introduced they mentioned that different regions would have different things which were treated more severely, specifically pointing out "your mom" jokes were pretty terrible in Asian countries.

My friend have a similar situation ... we used to love this game, watch lcs and lck everyweek and even went to live event.
