Chat/hextech crafting ban appeal?

I don't curse, I do not call other people names, I show frustration sometimes but again, I keep out insults. So why was I chat banned and banned from hextech crafting? I did nothing wrong, honestly. I am confused. I had a game where a khazix let me die 2v1 and I asked what he was doing and why he ignored my fight, he called me the N word and a bunch of names, yet I am the one who gets reported/chat banned/hextech banned? I am super confused. Why did I get banned if I didn't curse or call anyone names or insult them? It's like the inmates run the asylum and they just ban without looking at the evidence.

Am I not allowed to be human and show anything but happiness? I got a 10 game chat ban limit, how long will the hextech crafting stay out of my reach if I stay on good behavior and only mention positive things like a mental ward patient on happy drugs? Is there anyway to appeal this and actually be heard? Thanks guys

If you were banned for chat offenses by the Instant Feedback System, you should've been given a reform card in-client and through email. This would include chat logs from up to 3 games that contributed to the punishment. If you want to discuss whether your behavior was punishable with the community you should provide those logs. If you only wish to speak to Riot you'll need to submit a Support Ticket, but Riot will typically not reduce or remove a punishment unless it was done in error.

For your chat restriction, we can't help you if you don't post your entire unedited Reform Card here first. For your Hextech Crafting Restriction, from the Hextech Crafting Restrictions FAQ:

Why am I still ineligible for crafting rewards after my punishment ends? The reform period lasts longer than the punishment duration. Show consistent improved behavior, and you'll become eligible again in no time.

Why can't you tell me exactly when I'm going to be eligible? Eligibility is dependent on a consistent display of good sportsmanship, not just "be nice in X number of games or days." Negative behavior during this reform period will cause it to last longer.

How long does it usually take for someone to be eligible again? There is no specific timeframe for eligibility, and the length of the reform period may vary on a case by case basis. It all depends on the severity of your punishment, and on your behavior moving forward.

I posted the whole chat log it says I got chat banned for, so what did I do wrong?
