Team on Team Bans / Dodges and Pings
Your team shouldn't be ABLE to ban a champ you've selected before the ban selection starts. That's the whole reason your allowed to choose which champ your intending to use is so your team wont ban it. What happened to having to "Lock-In" ban selections? Has that not rolled out yet?
This tilts the match before it even starts, everyone flames after getting banned by a teammate, or just secretly thinks "well screw this guy, I'm going to let him die" (guilty of this one lol)
If you solo Q all the time, why would you want to play with a team that cant even pay attention in the first 2min of a champ selection? They defiantly wont pay attention in the match. So were stuck with this team unless we want a 5-15-30 min dodge ban, when the match is most likely going to be a lose anyways. (according to Riots own statistic's)
I'm older then most players that I've noticed thus far, and am more inclined to mute and report then most players. I don't want to listen to some teenager flame for one reason or another, so changing the ways the champ selection is or anything client related, would be a good thing.
They don't need a "legit" reason for flaming, they invent mythical reasons all on their own.
There could be a comment like "well just choose another champion" that's irrelevant, and not the point. There could be a comment like "Then make a pre-made team" also irrelevant..... pre-made players are just as likely to flame after team on team bans.
Pings also need to be changed in some manner, even after you mute a player for flaming, cussing, just being all around toxic. They just ping you 5 times every 30 sec for the duration of the match. then yell "I DONT CARE THIS IS A SMURF ANYWAYS, REPORT ME!" after the game is over.
I'm not a good player, but I'd like to focus on the match and do my best, not listening to someone throwing a temper tantrum started at the champ selection screen.
Even muted they can troll.

if a teammate chooses a champion to ban that has been chosen by another, a box should pop up

Like an AFK check they have so long to respond or they are returned to the match making screen
