I just got perma banned for something, Can i got banned for being bad at the game or.. I donk know. They write check ur email but there is nothing. :) cool story

Check your spam; make sure you actually checked the email that is linked to your account and then send a ticket if you need to referencing the account.

Along with sending a ticket, it will take up to two days to get back to you depending on how many people are sending tickets atm.(you'll get an immediate "we received your ticket wait for a real reply" email though).

Do Not send a new ticket after the first one. Wait for a reply. Sending a new ticket or bumping the first one sends you to the back of the line again.

Stop writing the same thing over and over. I sent you the link. You just need to click on it and select the option "I have a question about a suspension on my account."

If you log in and there is no reform card then it's not for behaviour.

What is the ban code? (the year you were banned until) It could be either a compromised account, chargeback issue or other things.
