Silver player perma banned wiphout receving email
I just got perma banned for something, Can i got banned for being bad at the game or.. I donk know. They write check ur email but there is nothing. :) cool story

Check your spam; make sure you actually checked the email that is linked to your account and then send a ticket if you need to referencing the account.
If you log in and there is no reform card then it's not for behaviour.
What is the ban code? (the year you were banned until) It could be either a compromised account, chargeback issue or other things.
They won't unban you. Just give up. They don't care if you're at fault or not. They just tell you to move alone.
