lol bugged out, now i'm effed

a few days ago i logged in, qued up and got through champ select, during the loading screen to the game i was disconnected. i tried relogging several times always getting booted from the client. looked up the symptoms and tried a fix, tried to que again, got to loading screen again and d/c'ed, trying repeatedly to reload in. after enough trys with fixes i found on forums i started getting hit by low priority ques until now im sitting at 20 min low priority and waiting for league to RE DOWNLOAD, again... can't riot see that i was disconnected because thier software and/or my comp failed to jive, AND that I tried repeatedly every game to reconnect instead of just punishing me as if i were some afking asshat that just leaves games to be a dick?

really dissapointed by customer service with a game that i, and so many others have paid to support.. to the tune of HUGE SUMS OF MONEY FOR THE COMPANY. stop %#(K!@& us please.
