so my friend got a ban for postgame chat and he got an email which he showed me riot now gives emails for postgame and pregame
imo 100% deserved he gave me perms to post the photo but what do you guys think of riot now giving emails for postgame?
Aye Riot well done, I didn't think they could ban for post or pre game chat but I guess I was incorrect
Postgame chat is often not included in the normal chatlogs you get, which is why there have been cases where chatlogs looked innocent. I like that they now send the postgame.
Its nice to know that they DO look at postgame chats.
Emailing your logs is good too, they should do that always not just for post game. Does his client show those logs when he tries to log in too?
Hey at least Riot is doing something about Toxic behavior unlike "Smite" which allows players to abuse the reporting system, punish players who dump hundreds of dollars into the game for saying nothing in chat at all over there.
