I know i have been very toxic and recently received a permanent ban on my account "chikken soop" i have put in a TON of time and MONEY into this account including 2 of 3 of the ultimate skins if there is anyway i could get the ban revoked i would stop the toxicity towards my teammates forever. Also there was no warnings before this ban.
Prior punishments are considered warnings. No, you can't get it back, that's why it's called permanent.
If you didn't receive any prior punishments you were either scripting, buying/selling accounts or were extremely toxic ( racism, homophobia etc. ). Either way you're not getting your account back.
Don't worry, they lie to you about everything, it's not permanent ban, default permanent bans are set to 2130 year, just survive until then and you will get it back.

Chat logs. Post them. It's in your client after you log in, or they're in your email. If it's neither, submit a ticket to Riot Support for one. No point in pleading here.
I'm sorry, money changes absolutely nothing. You punishment will not be revoked, however you are allowed to make another account. You clearly seem to wish to reform, so if my make another account, hopefully you will keep this in mind. If you want any help regarding what was wrong that you said, or what you can do, please post the logs included in your reform card or support ticket
