Appealing a Permanent Suspension

So I've been permanently suspended for toxic behavior, although I haven't used my own account in over five months. My friends called me up right now saying that I was banned cause my friend who I'd let play on my account for fun would be extremely toxic the last games that I've played and been reported multiple times. I feel that this was something out of my control despite of course lending my account to my friend while I took a break. I've played since 2012 and have invested a decent sum of cash into a game that I fell in love with, albeit the prevalent and obvious amount of toxicity in the community. I feel that on occasion I would partake in such behavior but I would not go to the extent that I have seen from the chat logs of the games that my friend played today. I was hoping that I could have my account restored if that was possible, and I'll make more of an effort to make sure that my account is secure. (Changing my password, etc.) If not then I kinda want a refund, because I'm honestly not going to let the money I put in to be for nothing.

There's not really any way you could prove it wasn't you, then in addition to that it's account sharing anyway which is also against the rules, so you're screwed both ways. Send your friend a bill, you've better chance of getting him to reimburse you than getting the suspension lifted.

You should not allow any one else access to your account.

The person that played was toxic? Bannable.

You are responsible for your account. Period.

Ban deserved.

Your account is your responsibility, as said in the ToS, and money is not taken into consideration.
